Day 1: Lose Your Life to Find It

At church yesterday, we were reminded:

“Whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” — Matthew 16:25

Sometimes I’m afraid to lose my life because it feels like I only have one.

But maybe that’s the wrong mindset.

Maybe the purpose of this life is to steward this one well, so we can enjoy the next one — eternity — forever.
