Day 2: Custom-made For Your Generation

I remember reading a note from a friend that said,

“You are custom-made for your generation.”

Today’s devotion reminded me of that truth: we are made for the purpose of God.

Sometimes I catch myself looking at others and falling into the trap of comparison.

I used to wish I looked different, only to realise my friends were wishing for the same things I had. We all seem to want what we don’t have.

But God reminds us to celebrate our own story—the one He’s already written.

Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. - Psalm 139: 16
